Locating antiques

The founders of Culvertons have for many years searched for antiques and artefacts that will be chosen for pride of place in both private and public collections worldwide.

Given the positive response and demand we have received for our conservation expertise and from offering our restoration services to a wider clientele, at Culvertons we have decided to extend the range of our services. We now offer assistance and advice to our clients when trying to find an antique, work of art or decorative item for their home, workplace or garden. In doing so we aim to provide our clients with peace of mind secure in the knowledge that their decision and investment was backed by our many years of experience.

Feed back from customers who have used this service has been encouraging (see testimonials). Culvertons‘ staff members who have participated have commented on how rewarding it has been working so closely with clients. Seeing a project through from building a picture of what is required at the initial meeting, searching for pieces that most importantly both match their needs and pass our criteria where quality, good colour, originality, aesthetic and commercial appeal are major factors contributing to any investment decision.

Culvertons tailor this to the customers’ requirements - from the simple matter of giving advice, to locating a piece on their behalf through to arranging buying trips where clients can accompany specialists and experience the antiques and fine art trade first hand.

At what ever level you may wish to utilise this service Culvertons can guarantee a high level of professionalism where clients’ needs are always put first. One of our most important aims is to build a client base of satisfied customers who will return to Culvertons whenever they need an antique, work of art or decorative object located, valued, purchased or restored.

Culvertons‘ knowledge, experience and advice are just a phone call away
